I made my reservation at accor website and did the payment with my mothers credit card. At the website said no payment would be needed, cause they already charged the credit card. I was at the hotel with my father, my husband, my baby and my pet. We did the check in at 6pm and around 10 pm the front desk lady said we had to give her my pet vaccination card. I went there with his vaccination card and then she said I needed to show my credit card, I told her the payment was done already and I didn’t have this credit card with me, we only had pix. She said they didn’t accept pix, I needed to give they either cash or another credit card, otherwise we would have to leave the hotel, even if the payment was already done, she said my mother could not pay for my hotel, it had to be someone who was there. I went back to my room to talk with my husband and she started calling us every 2/3 minutes saying we had to pay right now or we would have to leave. I felt really embarrassed and so disappointed as a costumer. It didn’t make sense at all that my mother could not pay for me. Thank god my father was there with us and had a credit card. Otherwise she would kick us out with my and my baby. That’s completely unacceptable!!! Never staying in an accor hotel again.

Worse services. No one can help you doing anything, to say, ironing clothes, courier service, room service and so on.

I noticed that this hotel is not really focusing on business people; for example ironing was available on request, but the materials were poor of quality. After one or day the ironing was away again, apparently this is not for permanent usage available in the room. However, the laundry service was good, so no problem regarding the ironing. Restaurant ok, but if you stay 18 days, then it is a pity that there is no change in the assortiment. Breakfast ok.

I arrived already at noon (during Formula 1 when hotels were pretty booked ) but friendly staff found me a room immediately. They were available all the time and at the reception there was almost no queues at all, but all the time somebody free to help you. No curious questions from hotel, just professional help and a feeling that the customer was welcome! Thank you, very nice weekend in a relatively safe area where nice restaurants were just around corner and we could easily walk around Paulista area.

The staff failed in recognizing my diamond status with Accor, and even after mentioning the status, the clerk had no idea of any of the benefits included. It made me feel like Accor’s status is worth nothing. The lobby was messy, there were people sleeping on the sofa at the lobby. Unprepared personnel in general. Good point: good breakfast.

Excellent location. Hotel is good. Staff is very impolite and not trained. Will never come back. Being part of Accor Group I expected better. Had problems with room Noise, staff acted horribly about it. General manager didn’t even care to hear about it.

The one thing about this hotel is that you get what you pay, staff at the restaurant and bar are excellent, front seat need some training in the way they handle issues. Housekeeping is very good. I will highly recommend this property. Only two blocks from main shopping area. Be back soon.

May not be the best location, but this 3 star hotel is run like a five star property, you can tell the quality of the management team. Everything in the room works not like the other Mercure’s in the São Paulo, Belo Horizonte and Recife is the worst of all the hotels in the Accor portafolio.

I had a wonferful stay at Mercure Jardins. The crew was fantastic. Professional and they are all very kind. Breakfast are delicious! humm.. everything well done. And the hotel is too closed some of the famous Sao Paulo's address. Museums and restaurants and mall and the famous Paulisa Avenue, the heart of Sampa!
