The location is perfect and rate is very correct. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is good and service at restaurant is above average. Bad experience at check out: the agent was not very savvy on the system , was too slow and inefficient

Really noise room

I requested a quite room and I was allocated in a room facing Rua Agusta with motorcycle and buses the entire night. When I requested to change they allocated me in a room that's looks loke in renovation, old walls, TV broken, no power plug to charge my fone. It was a really bad experience.

Very poor service, not recommended

One of the worst customer service ever experienced, definitely not recommended. Check in was very poor, no help was given at check in at all. The service was terrible, not worth a 4 star hotel at all. Better service in a youth hostel than here. Many other options in São Paulo, don’t go here.
