Meu avião estava atrasado 12 horas from USA. 😱 I arrived late at night and was welcomed by Ronaldo who gave me a nice room and information about the neighborhood. The room was great. Importantly clean. The only problem was that the televiseô was broken. There was no volume but Ronaldo came to the room and was determined to fix the problem. The TV wasn’t fixed but I didn’t mind for one night. The next morning I was exhausted because Texas is -2 horas from São Paulo. I was very happy to receive a late checkout for 1:30PM. Wow. I will return to Mercure São Paulo Jardins next week. 😊 Thank you again. I also like the hotel has security in the front although I didn’t have any safety problems in São Paulo.
