Concerning the heating, although it is possible to stop it directly in the room, we do our best to regulate the temperatures by adapting each day to the variable outside temperatures. Dear customer, We thank you for your comment to which we pay the greatest attention. First of all, our hotel is located at 15 minutes walking distance from the city center and the festival palace, where, indeed, you can find a large choice of restaurants. Nevertheless, you do have restaurants around the hotel, within a 5 minute walk, notably the restaurant on the Garden side, which we recommend with our eyes closed. We encourage you to ask the reception staff during your stay, who are there to inform you and help you with any questions you may have. In addition, the Novotel and Novotel Suites brands, although belonging to the same group, are two different brands.Novotel Suites hotels do not have a restaurantNovotel Suites hotels do not have a restaurant, but they do offer a gourmet boutique. As you describe, these are Vrai&Bon brand jars to heat up in the microwave. This is why there is no room service in the hotel. As for the cleanliness of your room and the problem with the mini bar, we sincerely apologize. The concerned services have been informed in order to restore this situation as soon as possible.
