I'm writting this review out of our personal experience wich wasen't very pleasant. We stayed there for 3 nights. . For a 4 star listed hotel the entrance is disturbing . They only have one small elevator that fits 4 peoples tops . The pictures posted online are not exactly what describes the hotel and suites/rooms . The parking is absolutely discusting, smells terribly and you have all sorts of trash thrown everywhere . No proper sound proofing for the rooms. You can hear every single voice in the streets . And the best part is that everyday you wake up at 5:15 am from the noise of the garbage truck And if you are lucky enough like us , ull have a baby in the room next door wich you can also hear clearly eveything and get an extra reason not to sleep . This hotel is listed as a 4 star hotel on bookiing.com but honestly it's nothing close. We stayed during our trip for 3 nights in the Novotel of Monte Carlo wich is a 3 star hotel and it was simply amazing in all aspects . This is why we got shocked from how this hotel is listed as a 4 star hotel !

We stayed at Novotel Cannes with family of 4. Our experience at this location was great. Hands down from front desk to breakfast staff made this stay very pleasant. Location is very good cafes, shopping and Beach all within 5 to 15 mins walking distance. Yes there's one elevator for this building but everything else about this property and location makes up for it. For 5 nights stay didn't break my wallet ( booking advance )ofcourse. Overall experience very good. Thanks again to front desk girls and guy.

My stay was not great, first the tv was not connected, then the room was a sauna and the air conditionning was not working. Plus we could not close the bath. Finally the breakfast was really poor, there was no choices and the product were not fresh. The only positive point is the staff, the lady for the check in was super nice.

This was a business trip taking place for an event and it is ceratinly not going to be my choice (unless all other hotels offer me no availability). At first I thought that it was only 700-800m from Palais Festival, howeve what I did not know is that there are no choices for someone to go out and have a drink or eat in the nearby neighbourhood unless you walk to the center or to the other direction for 15 minutes. Not having a room service, for me it was not convenient at all and I was really surprised as I took this for granted for a Novotel Hotel in Cannes (4*). On the ohter habd they gave me the option of having a ready to heat up food from the reception which was not attracted at all and I really do not know how long it standed for (and was not willing to find out). MOreover, for the 4 overnights I stayed in this room the sheets were never changed, and the dust under the bed as well as in all room in total it was unbelieveable. I had heard there were issues on cleanliness but I really thought that as a hotel chani this would have been sorted out-but not in my case. Room was very dirty and i had to buy cleaning products to clean it myself. I wish I had taken photos but unfortunately due to heavy work I missed this out.Morever, the fridge was not working all 4 days of my stay and eventhough I mentioned it once, nothing happened and could not bother anymore.It was not on my plans to write a review but I would really appreaciate this feedback if I was a potential visitor. There are many things to be done regarding the entrance, the welcome, the helpfullness of staff and the rooms. This carpet is so filthy that you do not even wish to step on it with socks. Not to mention that slippers were not provided (even with extra cost). I come from hospitality industry and I am fully aware that his is not a 4 star service or Hotel.I am really sorry I made this choice as I could not rest as much as I would wish, but it is definitely not going to be on my choices for a next visit. There are so many other hotels closeby to city center with easy access everywhere and high levels of facilities and most importatnly of cleanliness. I really wish this review will not be added to the bin and that management will make sure some of these issues will be fixed.

First of all, our hotel is located at 15 minutes walking distance from the city center and the festival palace, where, indeed, you can find a large choice of restaurants. Nevertheless, you do have restaurants around the hotel, within a 5 minute walk, notably the restaurant on the Garden side, which we recommend with our eyes closed. We encourage you to ask the reception staff during your stay, who are there to inform you and help you with any questions you may have. In addition, the Novotel and Novotel Suites brands, although belonging to the same group, are two different brands.Novotel Suites hotels do not have a restaurantNovotel Suites hotels do not have a restaurant, but they do offer a gourmet boutique. As you describe, these are Vrai&Bon brand jars to heat up in the microwave. This is why there is no room service in the hotel. As for the cleanliness of your room and the problem with the mini bar, we sincerely apologize. The concerned services have been informed in order to restore this situation as soon as possible.
