Dear Mr SCAFUTO, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis budget Barcelona Sant Andreu de la Barca. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Ibis Budget, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. We are really sorry that you feel that the amount paid was not fair: in the sign you mention it states FROM 49€ only accomodation. Obviously during Easter with the hotel fully booked the rate is higher than usual. You could check it out when you made the reservation upon BB basis on our site. As far as other problems you encountered in our hotel please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
