We are truly delighted to hear that despite a disappointing start, your overall stay in Sopot was very pleasant and that the remainder of your time with us was perfect.Please accept our sincere apologies for the initial misunderstanding regarding your Junior Suite. While the room was indeed located on the seaside of the building, we completely understand that a ground-floor location did not provide the scenic experience you expected. We truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we experienced 100% occupancy and limited options. We are also deeply sorry for the delay you experienced at our bar on your first evening.
