J’ai été très satisfaite de mon séjour avec un environnement très calme malgré l’emplacement de l’hôtel sur une place très fréquentée. D’ailleurs, c’est un hôtel bien situé vis à vis des transports en commun puisqu’il est très proche d’une station de métro qui vous emmène directement à la gare. Également très pratique pour me rendre à la Porsche Arena et assister au Championnat du monde de Handball. Petit déjeuner copieux et accueil chaleureux. Je recommande vivement.

Bien situé. Par contre bruillant impossible de laisser une fenêtre ouverte… la climatisation est bruyante et ne fonctionne pas. Il fait 22 degrés dans la chambre en plein mois de novembre. Les tissus des fauteuils sont tachés. Des taches au plafond de la cabine de douche. La qualité du petit déjeuner est moyenne.

Despite the description on tge Accor website this hotel is really not equipped to host small children. The crib the hotel gave us was very old and came with no mattress (!) but with a duvet that should have worked as mattress, which was not possible because underneath it there was a metallic net, risking to hurt the child severely. At breakfast the only child seat available had a broken component which didn't make it safe for small children. The staff was nice and kind, but given the above, the super small hospital-like rooms , cheap equipment and low quality breakfast I would never get back to this hotel for the price I have paid.
