JE VIENS A MUNICH PRESQUE CHAQUE ANNEE ET J AI ENFIN DECOUVERT DEPUIS MAINTENANT 4 ANS LE MEILLEUR HOTEL. UNE CHOSE UN PEU SURPRENANTE : DANS UN HOTEL ACCOR , DONC FRANçAIS, LE PERSONNEL NE PARLE PAS LE FRANçAIS...

Salle de bain petite et désuète. Aucun espace pour ranger ses affaires (chemises,pull,sous-vêtements etc..)gênant quand vous passez 3 jours. Je ne reviendrai pas au novotel Munich.

Climatisation inefficace malgré en avoir averti la réception.

Piscine agréable, petit-déjeuner excellent. Portes des chambres trop lourdes, claquent facilement. Pas de tisanes dans les chambres. Mal conseillée au restaurant: supplément poulet dans la salade césar pas présenté comme un supplément. Menu enfant (très bien) présenté comme insuffisant pour mon fils alors que pas du tout, du coup déçue de lui avoir pris un plat adulte.
