Really nice hotel, reception was really friendly upon arrival and helpful. The room was really clean and spacious. I used the gym, great views of the shard and London skyline from the cardio machines and enough weights to have a decent work out. Breakfast was quiet at 7am, and service was good. Would definitely use again.

Gayatri is amazing and super friendly. She helped me with check-in, check-out and always with patience and passion to support. She is the star for festive season celebrations with warm smiles all the time. As Diamonds member of Accor, I will be so glad to return for a kind staff like her. :)

W momencie zameldowana została nam bezpłatnie przedłużona doba hotelowa do 17 ze względu na status Gold, niestety w dniu wymeldowania wróciliśmy do hotelu do 15 a nasza karta nie działała i personel żądał natychmiastowego opuszania pokoju. Bardzo nie sympatyczna sytuacja tym bardziej że jesteśmy stałymi klientali sieci i namy GOLD
