Not bad but would choose another hotel for our next trip to London. Staff very good and polite. We were offered an upgrade but if I'm honest I couldn't see much difference as I have stayed at the Novotel in Cambridge and the standard rooms are better. Bed okay but a big dip in the middle on one side so I woke up with back pain. Breakfast average. Not as good as Cambridge Novotel and they frequently run out of stuff. Quite expensive for one night but Location okay and a short walk from London Bridge underground.

We stayed at the Novotel for 5 days, the service was really good and the staff were very helpful and informative whilst being professional throughout our stay, however there were really small beds for the children and there was a small blue stain on the floor. The location is pretty good with it being on the street and easily noticeable. The breakfast was probably my most favourite part, it was fantastic! I loved the buffet which offered a wide variety of different food items to choose from. The staff were also very helpful and informative whilst being professional throughout our stay. Overall our stay was perfect, I would definitely recommend you to stay here.

Hands down my best stay I've had in London so far! The staff is so friendly and kind and will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. The room was very clean and spacious. And let's not talk about the kinky shower visibility feature 🤭 and thanks to the mega fluffy pillows I had a great night sleep. Thanks for having me, I will be back soon hopefully :-)

Great hotel, quiet, fab location, pleasant helpful staff. We spent 3 nights there and it was during the Wimbledon finals plus the football final and it was still quiet at night. The beds are very comfy and plenty of electric sockets. It's a small criticism but being a women and who as poor eyesight the bathroom mirror is rubbish for put on your eye makeup and there is no mirror in the room otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Still would use it again but be better prepared. Cherie Walters Yorkshire

The people are so fun and very nice, they remember you and your room + name. Never saw anyone that nice ! I love the people who work here ! I would like to come back whenever I have the time and feel like the workers are my friends. The restaurant is very good too ! People very nice to! I was really surprised by the nice comportement of the workers, always happy and smiling. They are here to help me anytime. Yummy food! Beautiful rooms and very well placed !!! Thank you so much for everything
