They stole my money

I tried to make a reservation twice, and both times they cancelled it. I called the location, spending $15 for the call. The manager promised me they'd fix it and send me a confirmation email within an hour. They then took more than $1,500 out of my bank account, but I have no reservation. I have not heard from them, despite following up with three emails. I called corporate, and they said they have no record of a reservation and couldn't help me. THIS HOTEL HAS STOLEN MORE THAN $1,500 FROM ME.

Great location for accessing central London. Good for business travellers, with free Wi-Fi Rooms were clean and spacious Breakfast was good with plenty of choices Would definitely recommend and in fact tried to book for another visit to London in May but not available

I have stayed here 4 times, 2 or 3 nights so I can take in some theatre & art, and enjoy London. Great location for National Theatre, Old & Young Vic Tate Modern etc. Some good pubs nearby. And a really good breakfast.

Apart from the fact that the hotel is very well located, close to the metro and small restaurants, I would like to thank the team, particularly Alessia and Emanoel, for their kindness and for the attention they gave to my daughter's birthday in her room. We came from France to celebrate her 7th birthday. She is a Harry Potter fan and felt like she was being welcomed at Hogwarts. Thank you for making this event even better. The breakfast was also perfect!
