Quick visit to London with my partner. We chose this hotel based on the location. The lobby area is very welcoming and so was the staff. The rooms were clean and convenient for the one night we were in the city. The walk to main attractions is short and even nicer when the weather is nice! The highlight of the stay was the breakfast in the morning with many choices for all taste. Will definitely be back on my next visit in the capital.

We came to the hotel to watch the Euros with my friends and would definitely be back! Service is great and the team super helpful. We had some food from the restaurant as well and I 100% recommend the pizzas, the nachos and the jumbo prawns! Well done to the chefs.

We did not originally book this hotel but got transferred here at last moment due to problems with other hotel water/ electricity. Staff so friendly and helpful. Hotel spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfast. When we came back from bus tour the staff organised birthday surprise in my room which was thoughtful of them. When we were leaving receptionist went out her way to be helpful advising us which bus to catch and tube station and even helped me on bus with my case. Went out of her way to look after us. Would use this hotel again if staying in London as within walking distance of things but also very quiet by night so peaceful nights sleep. Would recommend

I needed a short notice place to stay and this hotel were not only accomodating, the staff went out of their way to assist and support me. They were kind, courteous and understanding which was exactly what I needed. On top of that the facilities were warm and comfortable and the food excellent.

Good Location, Room could be Better

Received a warm welcome from the lady on reception, so check in was good. When I got to the room it was quite warm so I set the A/C to 16C. The chair in the room was marked quite badly. When I returned later that evening the room was still warm. I left the A/C on that setting all night and it did not get any colder. The shower had rainfall head and a flexible hose. The rainfall was was not very good as the jets needed cleaning, however the house was great.
