A special occasion, we chose The Savoy for our first Afternoon Tea experience. What can I say...it was absolutely perfect! We were served by Sia who was so warm, welcoming, informative and attentive throughout. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the ambiance in the gallery was just right. We chose the vegan and vegetarian options and both were excellent. Everything was perfect. Exceeded all our expectations - worth every penny!

The Savoy is just amazing. It really is the last word in luxury. The staff are professional and very attentive and the food is absolutely amazing. The hotel is in a great location too, absolutely perfect for the sights and shows of London. The Savoy is unbeatable.

I recently visited for christmas afternoon tea. The gallery is beautiful. There was a pianist playing the entire time i was there. The staff was amazing and professional and genuine. The food and tea were excellent. As a party of one i had expected to be placed near the kitchen as i had been at every other tea i had booked on this trip. To my happy surprise i was placed next to the pianist. Thank you for being the best christmas tea experience on my trip from the states.

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in London. Staff was so nice & helpful, room was beautiful & breakfast was very elegant & very good. My fave thing was the red elevator that had a mini red couch where u could sit. Loved it! Hotel was in an excellent location where u could walk to stores, restaurants & London sites. Can't wait to go back!

We had the festive afternoon tea in the newly refurbished Gallery at the Savoy. A wonderful occasion from start to finish. Service was attentive but not intrusive and , importantly not overly stuffy. The food was delicious and so beautiful to look at. It was a delight to have my mushroom intolerance addressed without a fuss. With 2 glasses of Nyetimber each our bill was over £300 but worth every penny. A special mention must go to Rebecca who looked after us. We only realised that she is in training from her badge but she is a real credit to the hotel and looked after us perfectly. We also loved the pianist- we were close to him but the music was never too loud and acted as a lovely backdrop to our special afternoon.
