Very overpriced for the room. Room had cobwebs and no remote for the TV. Staff knocked on door prior to checkout time while I was getting dressed to check if the room was empty. Rang buzzer to park the car twice with no answer.

I also apologize for the disruption when staff knocked on your door before check-out time. We aim to respect our guests' privacy, and I will speak to the team about adhering to proper protocols. Additionally, I’m sorry for the lack of response when you tried to use the buzzer for parking. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I’ll be looking into why this occurred to prevent it from happening again. The room was not thoroughly cleaned from previous guest - the bin in the bedroom area still had rubbish in it. The add-on breakfast was definitely not worth the cost paid for it and it was not of great quality. There were no gluten-free options for the bread and the utensils were all dirty and mixed in amongst each other. The hot water was not straight forward to use, with it requiring a fiddling with to get it working.
