Situé dans une rue calme et bien placé pour les transports, station de métro (ligne C) et tramways "I.P. Pavlova" à même pas 5 minutes de marche, l'hôtel occupe un bâtiment récent, jumelé avec un Novotel. Belle salle lumineuse pour le petit-déjeuner au 1er étage avec personnel efficace. Les chambres toutefois sont assez petites et d'un confort spartiate (pas de placard pour ranger ses affaires), bouilloire pour une infusion ou un café instantané. Grand choix au buffet du petit-déjeuner, surtout pour les amateurs de nourriture salée car le rayon pains, viennoiseries, confiture, jus de fruits ou boissons végétales est plus réduit et de qualité médiocre.Tasses non adaptées pour le thé (il vaudrait mieux des mugs) et absence de théières.
