Dear Laurent, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are truly sorry to read that your stay was affected by several inconveniences and did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the technical issues you experienced in your room, including the heating control, the refrigerator and the clogged bathroom sink. This is certainly not the level of comfort we aim to provide, and we regret that these matters were not resolved promptly during your stay. We are also very sorry that the room was not serviced as scheduled and that you had to request cleaning yourself – this is unacceptable and will be addressed with our housekeeping team. We deeply apologize for the disturbance caused by drilling noise. As the hotel is currently undergoing renovation works, some noise during daytime hours was unfortunately unavoidable. However, we fully understand how disruptive this must have been, especially early in the morning, and we regret that this information and its impact were not handled more considerately. Regarding breakfast, we appreciate your positive comment about the food selection and fresh omelets. At the same time, we are sorry that the way food waste information was presented made you feel uncomfortable. Our intention is to raise awareness about sustainability and responsible consumption, not to make our guests feel guilty. Your feedback on this matter is very valuable and will be shared with the management team so we can reconsider how this information is communicated in the future. Chambre Ok Piscine Ok Petit déjeuner Ok Restaurant le soir décevant ( le 26/12/25 qui était notre première soirée sur 3 à l’hôtel à 4 personnes) : attente des plats 1h30 sans explication, mauvaise qualité et froid. Après explications il n’y avait qu’un seul cuisinier mais cette information a été donné à la fin de repas. Les autres tables étaient également désemparées et certaines familles ont été refusées des 21h le soir alors que l’accueil m’avait confirmé quelques heures plus tôt qu’on pouvait venir dîner jusqu’à 21h45. Conclusion : nous avons boycotté le bar et le restaurant les 2 soirs suivants. Message pour la direction : nous avions choisi l’hôtel car il y avait un restaurant et nous avions prévu de dîner tous les soirs

While the reduced staffing in the kitchen on that evening impacted the service, this should have been communicated transparently and in a timely manner, and we regret that it was not. We are also very sorry for the confusion regarding restaurant opening hours and for the inconvenience this caused you and other guests. Your comment regarding your choice of hotel based on the availability of an on-site restaurant is completely valid, and we sincerely regret that this expectation was not met.
