We so enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel is Perfect! We enjoyed the beautiful Christmas decorations and appreciated the friendliness of the staff. All recommendations by the concierge were spot on! Thank you for a wonderful trip to London!

The room was well presented, ample large enough and the bed was so comfortable. The mirrors in the room were not conducive for getting ready, it was difficult to find a mirror and plug in right location to dry hair. Great location. We loved both the St James Bar and our lunch at The Wild Honey. The staff in both locations were fantastic and looked after us very well. The check in was underwhelming and we were given wrong information. However when we highlighted this to the different staff members they handled it very well. We did love our stay and will be returning.

Very well refurnished. Very efficient front desk (Thank you Marie). Very well decorated room. Lots of good taste. Bar ok. Very disappointing restaurant. Despiste the effort of the new manager, the service was below standard (not even talking of 1 star standard) and the quality of the food was very irregular depending of the services. (we had 2 business breakfast - 2 business lunches and 1 business diner) Happy to discuss further. Hope it will help
