Fabulous central location. Faultless service and friendly staff meant every aspect from check in to check out was a pleasure. The decor throughout is tasteful , sumptuous and spotlessly clean and the room was quiet. Breakfast also excellent. Our one criticism was that offices looked on to the room and we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. For that reason we don’t think it should have been classed as superior.

Staff generally excellent. Food and coffee average. Complaint with mould in the room teated dismissively. otherwise room confortable.

Good hotel in a great location

The hotel is good and the service is top-notch. Sometimes it can be over the top, especially when you’re tired from a long flight and the people at the reception desk want to keep on chatting with you and show you all the amenities. On the other hand, they are great people and once you’re fully rested, you can take full advantage of the hotel’s location and what they offer. The hotel is renovated quite well, but there are still things(few) that would show it’s age (built in 1923). Now, on the flip side, the breakfast was one of the best I had. Overall, I would give it 4-4.5 stars.

I was so so impressed with the hotel and have been luck as a travel agent to stay in many incredible suites ..all over the world . but our suite was truly the BEST! I was blown away by it . The staff were excellent and the breakfast was wondeful.
