We booked this after another accommodation booking fell through. It is the perfect proximity to Wembley Stadium and also to lots of restaurants for a quick pre gig bite. The room was basic but served it’s purpose as only it in for one night for the gig. It was nice and quiet too. The reception areas was very fresh, nicely decorated and had a good atmosphere in the bar. My main issue with this booking is the price charged for hotels next to the stadium. I know all the hotels do this and I did appreciate the great convenience of the location, however this was in no way a £300 plus a night room.

Had a great stay. Check in was very friendly and efficient. Room was spacious, very clean and had everything you could need. We had drinks in the bar which were reasonably priced. Breakfast in the morning was busy but staff worked really hard to keep the place clean and food stocked up. Only criticism, bedroom windows are not sound proofed efficiently to keep noise out. There is also a lot of building work going on which started at 7am! However, minor issue, overall a really nice stay .

The hotel was nice and close to Wembley, which was perfect for going to see AC/DC. The staff were all nice. When we arrived on Saturday, a pint was £6.40, which given the location is reasonable. However, on Sunday, when AC/DC were on, they upped the price to £8 a pint. I think it is shocking that a hotel would do this. It was cheaper to get a pint in Wembley than at the hotel, which is ridiculous.

Booked this hotel due to its close proximity to Wembley due to us attending a concert. I was shocked that they charged £338 for one night without breakfast, yet when there is no event on £150 on average. So over double! On arrival to the hotel the staff were welcoming and friendly. The bar was playing music and it was a great environment. We checked into our room an hour early which was great. The room itself was very basic and small, premier inn and travel lodge rooms seem bigger. However there was an iron, hairdryer and we were only sleeping there. The bathroom is like a bathroom pod they use for student lets. There is a step up to the bathroom which could have been a trip hazard. The bathroom had ample conditioning shampoo, body and hand wash, and toilet roll. The towels are more bath sheets than bath towels which is good. The water pressure was a nightmare making the toilet difficult to flush and at times we had to leave it unflushed. However the shower was dreadful. There was water literally running out of the joint where the pipe joins the shower head, and again running out the edges of the shower head. I tried twisting the shower head to use a different amount of holes. It was obvious broken as it didn’t move at all. Just constantly had water running from places that it shouldn’t be. The water that came out of the shower head was dreadful and made it difficult to wash and rinse your hair fully. Breakfast was very good, although we had to pay an extra £22 on top of the £338 we had already spent for it. The staff there were very helpful in particular one lady who spoke to me about my gluten allergies and took me round everything and told me what was safe to eat. Then brought me gluten free cereals in sealed packages and gluten free freshly baked rolls. The experience at breakfast made the shower issue easier to deal with. Overall the hotel is an overpriced travel lodge or premier inn so if it’s cheaper (it’s next door ) I would suggest booking there. But the staff are very good here.

The staff are wonderful! Very Friendly! They had a cut out of Taylor Swift, which my granddaughter loved! It's a celebratory atmosphere. We got the room to avoid the after concert traffic, and it served it's purpose. The rooms are very small, but functional. No complaints.
