I had an amazing stay at the mercure made a lot easier by Witek who was front of house… he did not only help with transport but also gave us a lot of recommendations on what to do whilst in London! I would recommend the mercure to any friends and family thanks to Witek.

Arrived very early in the morning from a midweek international flight. My buddy and I were exhausted but we knew there was no way we’d be allowed to check in so early. Oltita, Balazs, Frank, and Claudio were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The staff at this hotel was absolutely the highlight. I didn’t get the name of our room attendants but they were so efficient and did a fantastic job.

An Staff from the bar Wiltek always forcing guest asked for good reviews and keep when we talking in Chinese he always repeat what we talking and always not greeting. Most of the time when we met him, he always asked do we like him or not and annoying us both.

We booked a double room through our travel agent. We were given a room on the fifth floor. We opened the door and we were both glad we didn’t have a cat as we wouldn’t have been able to swing it. The bangs and rumbles, conversations in the hallways and top off with a fire alarm malfunctioning at 2.30am it was a bit rough. Add to this the bathroom was even smaller and had mould on the ceiling lessened to enjoyment. It is in close proximity to the railway and you can have breakfast in the restaurant in the mornings were the only positives. If you’re going to book see if they can give you something bigger than a shoe box
