Excellent My only slight complaint was that Reception at the Restaurant was often trying to do a second job at the bar and had to be called to sign for the meal on both evenings

Easy check in, room on level 8, street view, comfy beds, ........ Poor design of bathroom: .... extractor fan didn't take air away, dampness etc resulted in. .... mould in shower and above shower liner, ..... water leak by shower door,.. ........ This is a design and maintenance problem.

Great location. Room and ammenities was what we expected. Point down for cleanliness. We did get great housekeeping service daily but cleanliness overall was shocking. Even more given the pandemic. Our room was probably not used for couple nights previously as it was all dusty- windows, night stands and even the 24/7 menu covered in light layer of dust. Bathroom fan has chunks of dust hanging out ot it. Corners of the floor board in bathroom has accumulated dust as well. Ceiling parts broken. Bathroom clenliness was ok for backpacker but not hotel of this price.

Very clean, the cleaners come in through the day to tidy your room. The service was awesome although there was a bit of confusions as to how much my deposit was. The room was big enough for me and my friend but the bathroom was a bit too small but we made it work.
