携程上订的，本来说有中文服务，结果住了三天没有一次看到有中文服务。不提供瓶装水，不提供牙膏牙刷，不提供每日房间打扫，门口的自助售卖机是坏的，前台印度小哥的口音太重，而且两个亚裔女前台，微笑像是挤出来的，是对着同为亚洲人笑不出来么…美居想缩减成本可以把前台的岗位也去掉的，问啥都是无法提供，直接搞两个机器人摆那里好了。这种酒店只是提供一张床睡觉的地方。绝对不会再去了。

昏暗的房间，转身都困难， 华人客人多，应该是唐人街的原因，应该不会再住了，总体性价比不高， 没有客房服务，时间未到敲门催你退房。

1、房间隔音非常糟糕，隔壁房间的任何动作都会产生巨响！ 2、空调坏了产生很大的异响，酒店值班经理表示无法维修和解决。在酒店有空房间的情况下，酒店值班经理也不同意更换房间。导致入住的两个晚上都无法入睡，很影响心情和身体健康！

这次来墨尔本，因为在朋友家猫毛过敏了，非常临时的订了这家酒店。出乎意料的是整体体验都比我预期好。 酒店位置就在墨尔本市中心，一出门就是唐人街、亚洲超市、各种中餐美食、国内各大奶茶品牌，还有本地最大的百货超市和许多知名品牌，甚至酒店对面就有一家始祖鸟，真的太惊喜。 交通也非常方便，出门走几步路就有有轨电车tram还有bus坐。 因为订的时候价格不高，再加上临时抱佛脚找了这家酒店，本来想着凑合住住，但真的挺惊喜。 酒店大堂的香氛跟五星级酒店简直没差，前台还有一台自助办理入住的机子，挺方便的，还能多要一张卡插电或者给同行人。对我这种i人真的很友好🤣每一层要刷卡才能上，安全这一块也是可以。 房间不大，但是也对得起这个价格了。卫生做的也可以，厕所跟浴室有点出乎我意料的干净。唯一美中不足的是晚上睡觉如果开空调，就会吵，跟走廊的隔音也不是很好。 总体来说，性价比这一块可以的，很适合对住宿要求不是追求完美，以及追求出行方便、能马上吃到中餐的朋友们

首先我在办理入住时排队排了半个小时所以刚乘坐skybus到ct的旅客来说这很令人难以接受 十几层房间的酒店 只有一位员工在办理手续 其次我的房间没有洗澡热水 要求换房间根本没有人搭理我 最后是我跑到楼下前台才给换的 第三房间的破烂程度像上世纪的监狱装修风格 且房间隔音极差 晚上电梯的声音是可以被清晰听到的 这完全不符合200aud左右一晚的房间的水平 我觉得这个价格完全可以住到更好的
