In reply to your reply of my comment regarding complimentary bottles of water B$&@):t you sell them for a profit in vending machine if you were concerned about plastic you would then supply a water fountain of cold filtered water it has nothing to do with plastic but profit !

It is a budget hotel but it has all the essentials. It is clean, has a comfortable and clean bed, the breakfast is cheap but filling and it is quiet despite being on a major Melbourne Streets with cars and trams. The room is small and the toilet is tiny but as said before it is clean and comfortable. The TV is huge compared to the room. The breakfast is toast, tea and coffee, cereal and pancakes for $12. The service was friendly and efficient. An all round good experience.

Stayed one night as solo older woman. Check in staff lovely, room quiet and clean. Well appointed room. Had every thing I needed. It was quiet and I felt safe. Really reasonably priced for a Monday and in a good part of town. Didn't eat breakfast, so no comment.

The room was small but very neat & clean. The reception staff were very friendly & approachable. The bed & pillows were really good coz I slept like a log. Great position in the CBD. Very good value for money.

Great staff, location and room size

From the moment of checkin we were looked after and treated so well. We were on a family 3 night holiday for my son’s 13th birthday. The room was clean and plenty big enough. The hotel is in a great spot. All staff are super friendly. Vicki who checked us in, called by our room with a birthday card she’d made for my son, biscuits and balloons. He felt so special. We were also offered a late checkout and they held our bags until we were flying out. I can’t fault anything. For a budget hotel, it was first class service!
