It was our son’s wedding and we needed to be there early for photos. I requested by telephone a couple of weeks before if we could have early entry to our room so we could change our clothes for the photos. We arrived at 11am and although many rooms in the area had been cleaned and vacant they made us wait unit room 145 was free. The occupants of this room told the cleaning staff that they had a late check out of 12 noon. Why we had to wait pacifically for this room when other rooms next to it were cleaned and vacated I don’t know. It was upsetting and spoiled the start of the wedding. Also several things organise didn’t happen. The red carpet for the bride to walk on. No music played for brides entrance. It was a hot day and only one urn of water for guests. The Grooms arranged for bottles of water. When the pool bar was opened the bubbles and white wine were served hot. We had to get ice to cool the wine. The grooms family table received their meal’s nearly last and the steaks were that rare they were wrapped up and taken home for the dogs. The chicken meal wasn’t what we tried at the tasting and was over cooked and dried out and also went home to the dogs. The room was comfortable and clean but overall we where very disappointed 😢

It was great, great rooms and lovely location. The only thing is that there aren't any possibilities to go on a hike/walk which would be nice since you need a car to move around.
