Great facility staff fantastic, restaurant food below standard came out cold breakfast omelet came out black how it got passed the kitchen and the wait staff just showed the level of care just wasn't there.

A cold meal and a burnt omelette should never make it to the table, and you were right to be disappointed. This isn’t reflective of the care or quality we aim for at The Cellar Kitchen. The Novotel is perfectly located for getting around the Barossa. Yes, the rooms are looking dated but there wasn't anything really to fault other than the screen on the balcony door was very dirty and looked like it had never been cleaned. The restaurant is fantastic, staff were all so helpful and very friendly and the food - magnficent! Dinner was delicious and the buffet breakfast was the best we've experienced at a hotel - there was so much to choose from and everything was so fresh. I loved hearing the birds outside out room morning and night - gave it that extra special feel. Thanks for a lovely overnight stay.
