Location is amazing and room was fantastic. A few times I called through to reception/room service/housekeeping and the calls rang out, and a request I made to housekeeping for a pillow was never brought over. There was come confusion with one staff member at check in on how to use a gift card, but another staff member came over and was very helpful. Food and bar service was great. I will stay again.
