I dined in the Cellar Kitchen and the two course meal was excellent - I had the ricotta dumplings with pistou and spring vegetables ; and the whole stuffed yellowfin whiting ratatouille and herb oil. The entree was delicious, and the main dish was also very good. It's the first time I have had stuffed whiting and it was excellent - except the ratatouille could have had a taste uplift with a wedge of lemon, and perhaps an optional dash of chili sauce on the side as most Australians (and definitely those of Asian descent) would like this spiced up a little. Otherwise it was a unique expereince to offer diners a stuffed whiting - it was a very delicate flavor.

Perfect spot to explore the Barossa, beautiful views and good amenities Beautiful pool but not cleaned every day. It’s a leech country and that’s ok but Hundreds of dead leeches at the bottom of the pool is not pleasant and should be removed everyday. Great views from the restaurant but a bit disappointed by food and choice of wine by the glass. Ok but could do better.
