Room was clean and comfortable.

Dear Robert, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m pleased to hear that you found your room clean and comfortable. I also appreciate your comments regarding the landscaping. Maintaining the grounds of the resort is important to us, as they form such a significant part of the overall guest experience and connection to the Barossa surrounds. Your feedback regarding the grape vines beneath the southern units has been noted and shared with our team as we review ongoing maintenance and future landscaping improvements across the property. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future. Kind regards, Ana Royal General Manager Novotel Barossa Valley Resort

accommodation was OK but some other facilities was slightly less

Dear Adriano, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m pleased to hear that the accommodation overall was satisfactory, however I’m sorry to learn that the cleanliness of the apartment floor during your stay did not meet expectations. Our housekeeping team works hard to maintain consistent standards, and it’s disappointing to hear that we fell short on this occasion. I’m also sorry that your dining experience did not meet expectations. We aim to offer a breakfast and dining experience that reflects the quality and produce of the Barossa, so it is disappointing to hear that you found the options limited and not reflective of the value you expected. Your comments have been shared with both our housekeeping and food and beverage teams so we can review our standards and offering. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more enjoyable stay in the future. Kind regards, Ana Royal General Manager Novotel Barossa Valley Resort

Fabulous stay, food was wonderful and a great variety to choose from. Rooms are well designed, lots of parking space and the complex is central to everything. Wonderful staff

The staff we had dealings with were absolutely amazing. Friendly and nothing was any trouble. Our room was very comfortable, and having the balcony and being able to keep fresh air coming into the room constantly was a bonus. We didn't use the pool, as we were out most of the day at the surrounding gorgeous vineyards, however the pool looked lovely and refreshing. The free wine tasting in the afternoons was an added bonus too. My only complaint would have to be the dinner on our first nights stay. It was way over priced for what was offered. I ordered a meal of Polenta and mushrooms, my husband ordered Lamb cutlets. He received 2 (small) cutlets, (which he says were delicious) and a small serve of veggies. It was basically a kids meal! even the waitress said we should order something else to go with. We then had a dessert, which again could have been a $10 bakery cake/tart. These 2 courses cost us a ridiculous $150. Let me say we didn't eat here again. The breakfast options were aplenty. Would I stay here again? Maybe. You can't walk to anywhere as the resort is off the main road somewhat and the road in doesn't have a footpath or wide enough shoulder so you don't feel safe walking along the road. If you like golf, then the resort location is definitely in a great position. I'm not a golfer. So I give the lovely staff in the restaurant a 10/10. Breakfast 8/10. Dinner 1/10.
