Room view was amazing, changed all the time. Housekeeping should check under the beds, as we found some items under there, including an Easter egg! I would also suggest, on your room service menu, you need to mention the burgers and tenders come with fries, as we did not know they were included, and ordered a separate box of chips, which was way too much food for us to consume, resulting in us wasting food, which does not sit well with us.

The location is wonderful but that is where the positivity ends. The room was extremely loud - I could hear constant thumping of people walking upstairs, sliding doors opening and closing at all times. The final straw was the TV not working. I called reception but had no visibility if someone came in to fix as again was not working the following day. If I came back to the Barossa, I'm not sure I would stay there again - even as an Accor member.

While I’m pleased you enjoyed our location, it’s disappointing to hear about the noise concerns in your room. We understand how important a restful stay is, and the disturbances you’ve described are not the experience we aim to provide. I also apologise for the frustration around the TV issue — this should have been clearly communicated and properly resolved, and I can understand how not knowing if it had been attended to would add to the experience. Always great. No issues with staff or cleanliness. We have now stayed with you over 20x. What I can say on the negative side is the Hotel was more communicative/responsive in the past. Buffet breakfast has also been simplified or cut back over time. It’s still good, just highlighting this is quite noticeable. And restaurant is ok overall albeit inconsistent .We’ve had some great meals and some average meals. My fish main on 15/4 was a bit disappointing, needed a salad and something else to complement, not a parsley leaf and some celery shavings.

We did change the menu on Thursday and had a hybrid menu running on the Wednesday with some new dishes and some from the previous menu.
