We were warmly welcomed by Kelly at reception. She is very friendly and passionate and attended to all our needs during our stay. All the staff are friendly and helpful, including room service. The room is comfortable, and we enjoyed the view and peacefulness.

Disappointing start to our stay as was asked at check in if I was a Accor member, as a diamond member that booked through Accor I was unsure how this would occur.

We weren’t expecting a lot from a country hotel but were pleasantly surprised with the Novotel. Gorgeous views, spacious rooms, that are surprisingly well layed out with plenty of storage and room for cases etc and also include a small kitchenette with wine glasses etc - essential for a Barossa trip. Beds were comfortable also. Pool area is lovely (and water heated) although didn’t have a great deal of time to use it given our itinerary. Would stay again if in the Barossa.
