New tooms are pleasant but over ,50% of the hotel to be refurbished with resulting noise and dust. Thalassotherapy suite permanently closed so hotel no longer deserves 'thalassa sea and spa' branding. Friendly staff try hard for their guests in a hotel that has lost its way

Good location and friendly staff but beware this hotel no longer has thalassotherapy facilities only limited spa treatments. The hotel is also undergoing extensive construction and remodeling until September 2026 causing dust and noise and meaning a large part of the indoor facilities are not available to guests and more than 50% of bedrooms are still to be refurbished The main entrance looks as though the whole hotel is closed.

These improvements—scheduled to continue until September 2026—are part of a major transformation aimed at offering our guests an enhanced and more modern experience in the future. You are absolutely right to note that our thalassotherapy facilities are no longer available. We now offer a more limited range of spa treatments, and we apologize if this was not clearly communicated before your arrival. We will reinforce our efforts to ensure that all information is transparent and up to date. As for the temporary appearance of the main entrance and the unavailability of certain indoor areas and rooms, this is indeed linked to the ongoing renovation phases. We understand how this may have affected your perception of the hotel, and we sincerely regret any disturbance caused by dust or noise. We enjoyed our 5 day stay at the hotel very much. The hotel was well located, the pool area was lovely, all the staff were fantastic and the rooms kept extremely clean. During our stay there was quite a bit of work ongoing to rejuvenate the hotel but this was organised well by the hotel and did not affect our wonderful stay.

l'espace thalasso was closed. When i booked the hotel i was told that there will be the indoor pool available included in my purchase . Myself and my daughter had planned to do a thalasso during our 16 days stay at the hotel

The hotel location and pool is beautiful. They were undergoing renovations and we were placed in one of the older rooms. I wish I was told or even knew that some rooms were renovated . . It was clean but a little stuffy and outdated . The heated pool was not working. There was only the bar to hang around at . It was a good stay overall but I feel I paid more for a 5 star hotel than what it was at with renovations ongoing .
