A fantastic location, well-maintained, and truly excellent customer service. We were there for my mother's 75th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit very special. Rooms and bathrooms are a nice size and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is perfectly located in the Presqu'île area of Lyon, near major sites, restaurants, pubs, shopping, and a short walk across any of several bridges to Vieux Lyon (historic Renaissance district). From Vieux Lyon, you can take the funicular up the hill to Notre-Dame de Fourvière.

Well-located, a short walk from city centre sites and the two rivers. Surprisingly peaceful for a hotel in the heart of the city. Charming and friendly staff. Rooms are cosy and well equipped. A characterful hotel with a rare Art Deco lift.

This is a quality hotel in the heart of Lyon. The building is sandstone and stylish. It is within easy walking distance of bouchons, shopping and the tourist information centre. We drove from Dijon. Getting to the hotel was extremely frustrating because the city council is undertaking major road works and many of the streets on Google maps were blocked off. We drove around in circles for an hour and eventually had to drive the wrong way up a one way street to get to the hotel. Fortunately, valet parking takes care of your car. The staff in the front desk are friendly. The lift in the hotel is quirky and small… my wife and I couldn’t fit in the lift with our luggage. You will see the lift if you check out the hotel on YouTube. The room itself was a good size and had French doors opening onto a Juliette balcony. There is a toilet cubicle in one corner of the room… this detracted from the overall appeal of the room. The bathroom was nice, and the room had a table and chair. The bed was large and comfortable.
