Dear Mr T., Thank you for your valuable comments. We are delighted that you enjoyed the location of our hotel and the courtesy of our staff. We have hired new front desk staff who are currently in training and we are sorry that you did not experience consistency in service. We would also like to sincerely apologise for the technical incidents encountered in your room and have informed our teams so that we can be more vigilant when checking rooms. Finally, we are sorry that you did not find our breakfast up to the standard presented in Turkey and would be grateful if you could provide us with more details so that we can take them into account.
