En uygun fiyatlı odalarda bile terlik varken mercury gibi bir otelde olmaması ilginç. İsteyince verildi ertesi gün ama ilk gece geç geldiğimiz için otele, terliksiz zor oldu odada konaklama.

We sincerely regret to learn about the cleanliness issues you encountered in the bathroom, and we would like to offer our apologies for this oversight. Please be assured that hygiene standards are taken very seriously, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team for immediate follow-up. Regarding the amenities, we would like to clarify that in our Classic rooms, slippers are not placed systematically in the room. They are, however, readily available upon request at any time. This is not an oversight, and our teams are available 24/7 to provide slippers, conditioner, or any other items that may be missing or needed to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. 4 günlük rezervasyon yaptım. Fakat gelmeden önce ancak 2 gün kalabileceğimizi farkettik, özel bir başka işimizden dolayı. Refund olur mu diye sormak için bunu gelmeden ilettik. Bize "gelir gelmez 2 gün kalacaksınız değil mi" deyip kalan 2 günde odayı başkalarına satmak istediler. Rezalet bir kar odaklılık. Mercure otellerin kar odaklılığı tam bir rezalet.

We understand that unforeseen personal circumstances can shorten a stay initially planned for a longer period. However, the booking and cancellation conditions depend on the rate selected at the time of reservation, and it's not possible to modify the length of stay without fees once it has been confirmed. Our intention was never to resell nights at your expense, but simply to manage availability as best as possible while respecting these conditions. Oda genel olarak küçük ama bu Fransa’da yaygın olarak böyle. Odanın ısıtması yetersizdi hava çok soğuk olmamasına rağmen geceleri biraz üşüttü. Kışın dikkate almakta fayda var.

3 gece kaldık, bir de bebeğimiz yanımızdaydı, oda büyüklüğü yeterliydi, oda her daim çok temizdi. Konumu harkulade.
