Dear Mr. U., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations. We were particularly concerned by several of the points you mentioned, especially regarding the cleanliness of your room. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and we deeply regret that your experience did not reflect the level of quality we strive to provide. Please be assured that your comments regarding the bedding, furniture, the presence of cobwebs, and mosquitoes have been shared with the relevant teams so that thorough inspections can be carried out. Regarding the toiletries, we understand your frustration. We would like to clarify that the dispenser provided in the bathroom contains a combined shower gel and shampoo product, designed for both body and hair use. We are, however, pleased to read that you appreciated our central location, which is indeed one of the strengths of our hotel. Guest feedback is extremely valuable to us as it helps us continuously improve our services and facilities. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide you with an experience that better reflects the standards and hospitality we aim to deliver. Dear Ms. K., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback following your stay with us. We sincerely regret to learn about the cleanliness issues you encountered in the bathroom, and we would like to offer our apologies for this oversight. Please be assured that hygiene standards are taken very seriously, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team for immediate follow-up. Regarding the amenities, we would like to clarify that in our Classic rooms, slippers are not placed systematically in the room. They are, however, readily available upon request at any time. This is not an oversight, and our teams are available 24/7 to provide slippers, conditioner, or any other items that may be missing or needed to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. Dear Mister S., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the different review plateforme available. We understand that unforeseen personal circumstances can shorten a stay initially planned for a longer period. However, the booking and cancellation conditions depend on the rate selected at the time of reservation, and it's not possible to modify the length of stay without fees once it has been confirmed. Our intention was never to resell nights at your expense, but simply to manage availability as best as possible while respecting these conditions. As mentioned in our recent email exchanges, the commercial gesture we agreed upon has indeed been applied. We regret that this gesture did not bring you the reassurance or satisfaction we had hoped.
