Only one channel on TV. Remote didn’t work. Couldn’t open window for ventilation. Sink wouldn’t drain in the bathroom. Daren’t have a shower. Hotel location not pleasant - homeless/drunk beggars.

You can give the room just little bit early than 3 pm…20£ for and hour early is so expensive

I always stay around the area whenever I come for the Snooker. Unfortunately it’s not very clear that you have to pay full price for the parking unless you book in advance. It would be better if members of staff mentioned it to arriving customers about the carpark
