Well appointed clean room. Pleasant surprise with Prosecco, balloon’s and a welcome card for wife’s birthday. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff, made effort to get us parked at rear of hotel with high vehicle. Good communal areas with comfortable seating. Convenient for major attractions on the South Bank.

Great location , Staff were very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Also went the extra mile and put some gifts and decorations in the room for my mums 80th Birthday.

Nice and quiet but bathroom could be cleaner

Check-in went smoothly and receptionist very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and the bed comfy, with minimal noise from the busy street outside. Some negative points: The bathroom grout, especially in the shower, needed a deep clean. As the grout was dark grey (I have the same in my bathroom at home) it can be easy to overlook the mildew and mold, however the grout was a darker colour around the bottom indicating it needed a proper scrub. Secondly was the overhead shower head. I didn't use it as could see it has pink mold around the tine nozzles where the water comes out of. This was very apparent on all of the nozzles so it hadn't been cleaned in some time.
