Awesome staff, average hotel

Stayed for 2 nights, found the staff to be fantastic, the buffet breakfast was very average, cold food and small amounts provided means they ran out quick. The dated rooms had a comfy bed but not enough pillows and the cleanliness of the room was below average. Dust on every surface, broken towel rails, tapware etc.. and mold in the shower bath combo tiles. The hot water was inconsistent and at 9am on a sunday was gone... so cold showers for all.. The pool and spar area are nice. Parking is first come first served and fills up early so finding street parking is a challenge. Over all i wont be going back.

OK but not what I expect of the Novotel brand

The service was faultless, staff did an amazing job under massive pressure of multiple tour groups in a hurry in the restaurant, our room was clean, bedding was great but, as others noted, the place is old and tired and it just doesn't justify the price for me. Sydney Paramatta Novotel is similar - just leagues behind shiny new kids on the block in Hamilton and Aukland Airport Novotels in NZ that are just awesome. Canberra Novotel did the job but nothing in it to bring me rushing back without a revamp of the rooms assuming prices stay where they are.

Situation parfaite en plein centre avec une multitude de restaurants et boutiques dans les environs immédiats. L hôtel lui même est fort correct avec une belle piscine.Le restaurant n a qu une carte squelettique mais offre une belle remise aux titulaires de la carte Accor Plus.

Hotel bem aconchegante! Muito limpo e com acomodações muito confortáveis. Café da manhã bem servido e com muita variedade. Pessoal muito atencioso e com muita cortesia no atendimento. A localização do hotel é muito interessante com uma vizinhança muito bonita.

O único problema desse hotel é que ficamos no andar que fica a piscina aquecida, no final do corredor. Como o corredor tem carpete, as pessoas saem da piscina molhadas e encharcam o carpete. Assim, fica um pouco de cheiro de mofo.
