We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointment, especially regarding your interaction with our night reception and bar staff. What you describe is certainly not the level of service and hospitality we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the unfriendly communication and lack of basic information upon your arrival. We also regret the situation at the bar. Even at the end of a shift, our guests should always feel acknowledged, assisted, and treated with courtesy.
