Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced during your stay. It is disappointing to learn that your room was not serviced as expected, including the bed not being made, the bathroom not being cleaned, and toilet paper not being replenished. This does not reflect the standards we aim to provide for our guests. We are also sorry to hear that the damaged curtain allowed sunlight into the room and affected your comfort. Most importantly, we regret that after reporting the issue to our reception team, the promised maintenance intervention did not take place. We understand how frustrating this must have been and apologize for not following through on our commitment. What you describe is certainly not the level of service and hospitality we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the unfriendly communication and lack of basic information upon your arrival.
