Perfect with good secure parking behind a sturdy gate. T4 bendy bus takes you in to Rouen from outside hotel. Other hotels just up the quiet side road and Italian restaurant nearby. Stress free stay. Recommend

Does what it says on the tin, a no frills budget hotel. Room was clean but basic. An extra pillow would have been nice. Free parking included. Good value for money. No lift.

Good evening Sir, We would like to thank you for this full return of your experience in our hotel. If our receptionnist might not be fully aware of your needs, we are available 24h/24 in order to improve your stay with us. Indeed, we do have a lift for the first floor if you follow IBIS STYLES corridor and would have change your room to the ground floor if needed ! Also, we do have pillows available at the reception for more confort. A recycling bin is available at the reception of Ibis Styles (near the stairs and lift) but we note that it is not easy to found and will make sure to advise guest better ! Stayed here for four nights on a short break in Normandy. Great location, well served by public transport which runs late into the night.

Good afternoon Sir, We are glad to read this review that I will share with the all team :) We do have a lovely leisure group this week-end, and they leave early every day which leads to having our usual calm breakfast to be from 08h30 to 11h00 only.
