hotelF1 Toulouse Airport

I have booked a night before our weekend out in Toulouse, fully paid via their authority page almost 3 weeks in advance and the money has been taken from my account and the reservation confirmed! Upon arrival the receptionist insisted that they did not revive any payment, showed him bank statement and the all related confirmed emails and on the end they made me double pay for the same room! In the following morning the manager was there and he confirmed that he can see my double payment, however they did not refund my money and insisted to me to deal with my bank... almost 30 days still waiting response, just stay a way from this place looks not legit and scammers! Another hotel (NH) near airport worth for ur money!

My experience was a No experience in F1 hotel from Accor group ! No liquid soap in the container No bath towel No coffee cup No light on sink No warm blanket No heating in room No shower in room No bathroom in room No toilet in room Conclusion: No go !

I didn't expect anything quite as 'basic' as this: there was not even a glass in the boxy room. But there was a window I could open. By 8 a.m. there was hardly any breakfast left - just 4 slices of bread and a couple of tiny tubs of apple purée. Nescafé had to be paid for. (No thanks.) If you arrive at the very unfriendly airport late at night or in the winter dark, you will find it difficult to find this establishment. In the end I had to take a taxi for the few hundred metres. In fact (as I found out on escaping this brutalist building in daylight) you can take a tram just one stop. As long as you know what to expect, this place would be OK. The receptionist was pleasant enough. I hope he is paid enough.

Check before buying if you have a shower in the room, cause it’s not mandatory… never seen that.. 😳 also towels are 3€ each, so if you compare to other cheap hotels, maybe they’ll offer a better value. Like a freaking shower!!! Other than that it’s quite okay..

It's a 5-minute walk from the nearest tram stop or a 15-minute walk to the departures/arrivals entrances, so be mindful if you have large bags. It's only 1.70 Euro into Toulouse city though which is great. It's a very basic room with just a bed and TV and power plugs, with the showers and toilets outside, but the bed was comfortable and everything else was clean without being luxurious. It was also quiet, I heard no outside noise. They even offered an early check-in option for 10 Euros, which is handy if you've arrived early from a long journey and need a quick nap as I did. It's just right for the price if you have an early flight.
