Asked for a room as far away from escalator and staircase as possible due to noise. The 1st room I got was next to the elevator. Why do we even bother to send in our requests and comments. Stay was okay, nothing more, nothing less

Good location, but dated rooms

Positive aspects: - very short drive from TLS airport - free parking - good breakfast - very friendly staff Negative aspects: - dated rooms, old bed, torn wallpaper, cheap furniture - overpriced - front desk staff wear face masks below their chin While the location is certainly convenient, the hotel is very dated and in urgent need of a major renovation. We figured next time we'd invest an extra 40-50 EUR and stay at a nicer place around TLS airport.

We stay at the same hotel every year before traveling. The hotel was completely full, I had booked early enough, but the price was very high for such a small room. We also had some charcuterie and a bottle of wine, but our bill was over $200.

The receptionist was the only good thing we experienced. The room was smelling like "old used socks", the sink had awful smell, lots of moskitos in the room (before we even opened the window). Another good thing is the price and proximity to the airport.

Your "home away from home"?

Not my first time here, and probably not my last, but I feel myself morally obligated to warn you that this resembles in no way "home". It is a clean, totally unsophisticated, totally sterile sleeping pen, 15 minutes walk from the airport, and to be honest, expensive for what it offers. I've previously slated this place so we won't revisit my thoughts other than to say that in the name of human decency, Accor Hotels should at the very ,very least provide a good mattress and pillow. I have a dog that is more pampered (and he doesn't pay!) As for the rest, in terms of minimalist....definitely an Oscar!
