I stayed here while visiting the O2. It’s not too far from Blackwall DLR station, but in the end I took an Uber rather than the convoluted public transport route. The rooms are reasonable, nothing special but quiet and simple at a reasonable price. Annoyingly they don’t serve evening meals. Nearby there is only one restaurant (an Italian over the road). I ended up going to get something to eat from the small convenience store around the corner. A lacklustre hotel with some wonderful staff.

The Hotel is not maintained well. My room and bed generally was Ok but the bathroom was very substandard. Leaking siphon which lead to a constant wet floor, the ventilation simply pumpt in very stinky air - the smell was extrem. The „fresh“ towels had brown stains and the water temperature fluctuated. Never again - Price was insane. Worst value / money relationship in a long time.

I recently stayed at the Ibis and felt compelled to leave a great review. The hotel was impeccably clean, and I had a wonderful night's sleep. However, the true highlight was the staff. Their friendliness and outstanding service deserve special recognition. Sabina, in particular, was incredibly helpful. I had accidentally dropped a keyring down the sink the night before. When I mentioned it to her in the morning, she reassured me that they would try to retrieve it. A few hours after checking out, I received a phone call from the hotel informing me that they had successfully found my keyring! Thank you, Sabina, and thank you, Ibis, for going above and beyond! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with fantastic service!

Not a great start. Arrived slightly early but was told the room was available. But needed to pay the extra 25£. Also waiting for the room that was not showing on the system. The floor was also very dirty
