We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed our location and breakfast, and that our team and check-out experience met your expectations. However, I’m sorry to learn that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet them. Regarding the water refill bottles, I’d like to reassure you that all bottles are thoroughly washed and sanitised after each use before being refilled and reused as part of our sustainability efforts. As a Green Key certified hotel, we aim to reduce single-use plastic while maintaining high hygiene standards, though we appreciate your comments and understand your concerns. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the towels and Wi-Fi speed, and this has been shared with the relevant teams for review. Regarding refrigerators, as a Green Key certified hotel, we focus on sustainability and do not provide in-room fridges, except where refrigeration is required for medication.
