Regarding the water refill bottles, I’d like to reassure you that all bottles are thoroughly washed and sanitised after each use before being refilled and reused as part of our sustainability efforts. As a Green Key certified hotel, we aim to reduce single-use plastic while maintaining high hygiene standards, though we appreciate your comments and understand your concerns. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the towels and Wi-Fi speed, and this has been shared with the relevant teams for review. Regarding refrigerators, as a Green Key certified hotel, we focus on sustainability and do not provide in-room fridges, except where refrigeration is required for medication. Excel Londonからの立地で選んだが、大変満足した。地下鉄のアクセスがよく、周辺に良質な飲食店や店舗があり、Uberboatにも近い。中心部から離れているが快適に過ごせた。
