We are delighted that you enjoyed our hotel's unique style, convenient location, and easy access to Greenwich and London’s attractions. We regret to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We understand how important a comfortable mattress is for a good night’s sleep: please note that mattresses have been all replaced last year. Regarding the issue with the drains, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Due to our proximity to the Thames, occasional odors can sometimes occur, but please rest assured that we are actively exploring solutions to mitigate this issue.
