We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed our excellent location and found our hotel to offer good value for money. It is wonderful that you found the room comfortable, well-equipped, and quiet — particularly on the car park side. We are glad you appreciated the cleanliness and decor, as well as the friendly welcome from our team. Greenwich does indeed have a fantastic selection of local cafes and restaurants, and we are fortunate to be so close to many of the area’s top attractions. We appreciate your comments regarding luggage storage and early check-in. While there is a small charge for both services, this helps us ensure availability and manage space efficiently. That said, your feedback is very valuable, and we will continue to review these services to ensure they meet the expectations of our guests.
