The staff at this hotel are wonderful and perfectly charming. The bar and restaurant area is warm and welcoming, well lit and inviting: many guests socialised there. My room was apparently upgraded as it was larger than what I booked, with a nice view.

Location excellent. View over High Road is actually peaceful. Bed is comfortable. Pillows are great. Linens and towels are just right. Bathroom clean. Housekeeping staff helpful and friendly. Front desk staff tops! Namika, Camilla, Nav: special shout out to you! Thanks and see you again soon!

First time London with kids for us. 10 and 13. Not the first time in London. And what an experience. Stayed from 1 till 4/1/25 About novotel, best tip I can give, book via their platform. About novotel Greenwich, breakfast, 10/10, even you must wait sometimes before you have a table, in my eyes perfectly normal. Days after 1/1/25, so many guests. 2 of the 3 days their was a bit of a queue. We went 3 times arround the same time. About the location, excellent. At the end of the day with 15k steps and more, you will be very very happy that the hotel is near the dlr and thameslink station. About their beds, excellent. Sleepcoach for kids, no complaints, maybe a bit small, bit still ok. Bathroom, we had a bath and douche, both ok. Ho and don’t forget a travel charger :-) Maybe 1 error but its maybe due the sleepcoach, no stop contact near the bed. Our room was at the back, no issue with noise. Overall 10/10 for us. We’ll come back!

I would like to thank the staff. All of them were incredible. They were all our stay available in helping us. Thanks a lot Vijay. Furthermore, the hotel is calm, the accomodations five stars. It is well situated. Just nearby, there is the train station, bus stop. You also have supermarket close. To sum up, it was a fantastic stay

Best day ever with my friends over here!!! Nice ambiance in bar and good music and excellent service by the staffs especially Vivek who served all of us . He was very friendly warm welcoming loved that guy!!! Definitely gonna visit again soon.
