日本の同クラスのホテルと比較するとだいぶ宿泊費が高い。まぁ、これは日本が経済成長していないせいなので仕方ないが・・・ 設備はもう少し頑張っても良いと思った。

Hi Takeshi, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback following your stay at ibis London Excel Docklands. I’m very sorry to hear that your experience was frustrating and fell well below expectations. You’re absolutely right that our location is ideal for ExCeL, and I’m glad the room itself was clean and the Wi-Fi worked well. However, a bad smell from the sink, limited in-room facilities, a key that stops working, and an uncomfortable interaction outside the hotel is far from acceptable. That’s not the kind of welcome we want any guest to receive. Your comments about the sink odour and room access have been passed to our maintenance team for immediate attention. The feedback regarding amenities (such as a fridge) is also noted — expectations do vary by country, and we understand this can be disappointing, especially when travelling for business. I’m particularly concerned by your experience with a member of staff outside the hotel. That is not appropriate behaviour, and it has been escalated internally to ensure this is investigated and addressed properly. Thank you again for your honesty. While this was clearly not a stay you enjoyed, your feedback helps us identify where we must do better. Should you ever consider staying with us again, we would very much like the opportunity to offer you a more comfortable and respectful experience.
