We stayed for the night in this beautiful hotel, on arrival they had upgraded us to a junior suite. It was absolutely incredible, probably bigger than the downstairs of our house! Everything was very clean and had a lovely decor, including Rituals brand products and all the amenities you could possibly need. The bed itself was lovely and comfortable with handy charging ports next to it. We had 2 TVs in the room, one by the bed and another by the huge sofa. (A tad unnecessary but I am here for it!) We made use of the Pool and Saunarium in the morning which were both wonderful and very clean, we were provided with bath robes, slippers and towels for this which were very useful. There were complimentary lockers and you could make use of the gym if you wanted to. The breakfast was served on the 37th floor. WOW what a view, you could see a panoramic view of London including The Shard and Tower Bridge. The breakfast itself was a huge variety of buffet food warm and cold with numerous coffee machines and options for everyone. The staff were very friendly and professional. There was also a bar and restaurant on the top floor where we had our breakfast. It is very easy to get to using public transport or taxis. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to enjoy a peaceful yet luxurious stay in London.

I booked a room at the Novotel Canary Wharf for a solo weekend in London and was specifically looking for a hotel with a pool because I wanted to go for a swim in the morning. The location is amazing. It's a 5min walk from the Tube (Canary Wharf) - an area that I hadn't been to before and I was quite impressed. The views from the rooftop bar and restaurant are amazing! I had one of the basic rooms. I was a little disappointed because while the room was well designed, it was a bit grubby for a 4-star hotel: - Carpet full of stains - Lots and lots of black mould in the shower, around the bottom but also underneath tye shower head which was quite disgusting - Near clogged sink - I don't even want to know what was going on there! The bed was comfortable though and I slept well! Next morning, I made use of the pool and saunarium, which was absolutely lovely. After that, I headed up for breakfast. It was busy (Sunday morning) and could have been organised a little better. They ran out of bread, yoghurt, juice etc. so there was quite a bit of waiting involved. The food itself was delicious though! Bottom line - location and facilties were great but the room was a bit of a let down.

Brilliant hotel, staff are all friendly and professional. The lady on reception on the day we left was lovely, unfortunately didn't manage to catch her name. Really nice views from your room even if you don't book a city view, the pool downstairs and the bar on the rooftop make this hotel worth the money. Room was clean and had everything we needed, we forgot to bring Toothpaste but reception provided us with some when asked. Have recommended this hotel to our friends/family and are planning to come back next year

The staff was amazing with the service especially Rado with showing us the amenities and explaining the local landmarks. The rooms were cosy and modern with a amazing overlook to the ward and the river

Very Nice hotel with a good location to nice food, shopping, nice walks by the Themsen or if you are in the hoods to see ABBA the Voyager 💯 Best hotel-Staff ever and the receptionist JADE is a crown jeweler for the hotel. Thanks, we will be back
