The room was clean, very quiet place and affordable to stayed . The hotel was closed to the shopping centre. I will recommend my friends and family to stay in your hotel in future. The hotel was always clean, Chang bedsprea. What a good hotel.👍🏾

The hotel was easy to find and its excellent location proved incredibly convenient from the moment we arrived. Close to the train station, London Underground, Westfield shopping centre, various other shops, restaurants and even a Morrison's supermarket, it provided easy access to transport and amenities, making it ideal for getting around the city and perfect for business travellers. The surrounding area is quite busy, which adds to the vibrant atmosphere. Upon entering, we received a warm welcome from the staff, who immediately set a positive tone and made us feel at home. The check-in process was remarkably smooth and efficient, handled by staff who were not only friendly and professional, but also showed patience and great communication skills. This high level of customer service continued throughout our stay. Our room was a pleasant surprise - copied from other Ibis hotels, but spacious, clean and clearly well maintained. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's rest. While we initially found the room a little cold due to the central heating being switched off, the hotel was happy to provide an effective portable electric heater from reception on request. The bathroom was also clean and well equipped with everything needed for a good shower, including towels and toiletries. Throughout the hotel, the standard of cleanliness and hygiene was high, reflecting the diligent work of the staff. Although a small hotel, with the dining area integrated into the reception area, it offered the convenience of being open 24 hours. The staff continued to be helpful, friendly and attentive, providing prompt service whenever required. While the busy location did result in some street noise, the hotel thoughtfully provided complimentary earplugs at reception, which effectively minimised the disturbance. One area of potential concern, however, was the seemingly limited security presence. Overall, despite the minor points regarding heating and noise (both of which were adequately addressed by the hotel) and the security observation, our stay was positive and thoroughly enjoyable. The friendly atmosphere, combined with the excellent service and convenient location, culminated in a smooth check-out process, leaving us with a very good impression of this hotel.

It was my first time here but it was great .Nothing else to say.I like that they’re a lot of restaurants close by.The hotel was nice and good vibes.The room I had was nice and clean.Close to everything.Clean bathroom. I will definitely coming back.

Good staying,I had come here for the second time and me and my family we had good time.The rooms are clean and spacious.Very easy I had a early check inn .I had 2 rooms for my kids that was great.Very good bathroom with towels,shampoo,good equipment.Clean hotel

Room smelt of smoke as if it used to be a smokers room. The breakfast had no fried eggs, no beans, the bacon was overcooked and the sausages were low quality. To be honest they seemed to have done the minimum to avoid calling it a continental only breakfast. The continental breakfast was good enough.
