I was booked into this hotel by a customer I was visiting for a week. After one night they emergency changed my hotel due to how bad this place is. I can say, my room was clean enough, this is where anything good stops. The corridors absolutely stink of cannabis and tobacco. On every floor. There is a constant group of people stood at the front doors smoking cannabis, shouting and generally making it an unpleasant experience to go into the hotel. The one meal I had in the ‘restaurant’ was served still frozen, not cold but actually still frozen solid in the middle. By the time they’d sorted this, all the other parts of the meal were cold/stale and barely an apology for this. Loud door slamming, shouting, laughing and running up the room corridors throughout the night. Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve had on business ever.

Clean and comfortable, perfect location and great staff: totally recommended!

I stayed two nights and couldn't have picked a better option. Just 10 minutes walking from Stratford Station, the Ibis is so comfortable and in the best location, surrounded by shops all around and the vitality of the street. The staff is young is kind, always available with a smile for any request, from the reception, to the bar and the cleaning staff. The room l booked was a double for single use and can't find anything to complain about, not even a small detail out of place. The bed was so comfortable and they offer a set with teas and coffees. The bathroom and overall the room were extremely clean and visibly taken good care of, with towels and toileteries of great quality. I have found worse services in higher range hotels to be honest, and l totally recommend it to anyone travelling solo or with friends and wants a comfortable stay in a colorful setting! -Annamaria

Stayed here as part of a package break to see Abba Voyage. Great location for the event. Spotless room. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Would stay again if attending events at O2 or similar near Greenwich

I stayed here for work for one night. I’ve stayed before in a standard double room, which was perfectly adequate for my needs. However, on this occasion, both myself and a colleague were allocated accessible rooms—hers was the corresponding room one floor above mine. From the outset, there was a faint smell in my room, which became progressively worse overnight, likely because I'd closed the window. At 3 a.m., I was abruptly woken by an overpowering, lingering stench coming from the bathroom. When I opened the bathroom door, the smell intensified—it was like sleeping in a sewer. My colleague had a similar experience, so this was not an isolated issue. I mentioned this to reception upon checkout and strongly advised that the room should not be sold again without a full investigation and remedial work. I am no plumber, but it seems clear there is a serious problem with standing water or drainage. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend these accessible rooms to anyone without first confirming the issue has been resolved.

Stayed for 3 nights; no housekeeping. I thought it was an oversight at first, so I requested towels from the desk. No housekeeping X 3 days
