Having worked in hotels, the Ibis World Square ticked all the boxes that I expect in a hotel. The most important part of a great hotel is the staff who were exceptional particularly Prajwal who checked me in explaining all the services of the hotel. A stand out performer was Heidi who made me feel very welcome. The room although a little small was exactly what I needed and expected, it was exceptionally clean with all the amenities. The location is perfect close to everything. I will certainly stay here again on my next visit to Sydney. Well done!

・シドニーに午前中に到着したが、会員であったため、チェックインが可能であり、休憩することができた。 ・シャワーの湯量が豊富で気持ちが良かった。 ・朝食時に紅茶を入れるとき、熱湯ボタンの説明がなかった。

I stayed for 1 night, close to everything I needed, I slept very well, reception was very quick and prompt, it's a 10 minute lazy walk to and from central station, if someone was looking quick 1 or 2 night stay in the city I would advise them to stay at this place.

My room was a great size and in a convenient location. The bed was very comfortable. The table and chair were handy for work after my conference. Great to have an ironing board at hand. Bathroom was well appointed. I would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

Location is wonderful & close to museum train station. Facilities are sufficient. But room is small & decorations are old-fashioned. Housekeeping is weak. I should go downstairs to reception to get extra stuff. Reception staff are nice & helpful.
