We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our convenient location and found our team friendly and helpful. We also appreciate your recognition of our sustainability initiatives. At the same time, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the limited in-room amenities. As part of our sustainability program, many single-use items are no longer placed in the room by default but remain available upon request.
