Excellent hotel, really very good level, professional check-in and everything. Excellent position, hard to beat this, public parking near, only thing is maybe breakfast. The room is a bit coldish, although the quality of the breakfast is very good.

We booked a family room last weekend for two children and two adults for two nights. Check in was good, room didn't have one of the children's bed, additional towels or enough water. Reception organised housekeeping to help immediately. However, we were provided 1x water between 4x people and when I asked for more, I was given an extra one but was advised that its only 1 per room which I found a bit silly. Room was a good size (but there was a musty smell) and shower was hot with good pressure. The other thing I really didn't like that was the pool area wasn't managed well at all on Sunday evening. No staff, no towels, towels left on unused sunbeds so others couldn't use it etc. I did call reception to ask for towels, after 20mins they still hadn't arrived. Location was very good.

Excellent location with all the major attractions surrounded by a number of eateries. Everything was within walking distance u can just walk around and enjoy Brussels . The hotel was also up to the mark with an excellent room . comfortable and clean . Highly recommended

Good despite AC issues

Our stay was great overall... Our only issue was the AC. The room was relatively warm despite trying to adjust the temperature. Even my little boy was sweating as he slept. Room was clean, had good space. Hotel staff was helpful . The hotel was located perfectly- close to Grand Place, main points of interest, good dining, shopping, etc.

Good location, nice rooms, wonderful housekeeping staff, but...

Not much charm, but this hotel is well located, clean, and modern. There are scooters and bikes you can rent nearby (we used the Lime bikes), and the central trail station is about a 12-15 minute walk away. Housekeeping is fab. The two negatives we encountered: 1. There is no easy to access coffee in the hotel. The room has instant coffee. The lobby restaurant costs extra. If you like coffee in the morning, you need to head out into the neighborhood. (I liked izy Coffee and Comptoir Oriental des Caffes, which had 30 different varieties available, and friendly baristas to help you choose.) 2. We had a front desk staffer insist on scheduling a taxi for us to get to the airport. She said it would be cheaper than an Uber. It was not (50 Euro vs. 35 for Uber.) To make matters worse, she booked the taxi at the wrong time, so we had an angry taxi driver waiting for us when we returned to the hotel around lunchtime to head to the airport. I feel like hotel desk staff should be working for their guests, not for some taxi company that gives them a referral bonus.
