Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are delighted that you found the bed in your room very comfortable, our aim is to provide a restful sleep experience with the Ibis Sweet Bed and duvet. However, and as mentioned in our contact per e-mail, we are concerned to hear about the incident that occurred during your stay and the way it was handled when you reported it. Security and guest safety are paramount to us, and we apologize that you felt otherwise in this instance. Furthermore, it is regrettable that the level of customer care did not meet your expectations. We take these matters seriously and will address them internally to ensure they do not happen again. Additionally, we're pleased that you appreciated the cleanliness of our rooms, as our housekeeping team works diligently every day to ensure a spotless environment for your comfort. However, we understand that you found the rooms to be basic and on the smaller side, and that our breakfast offerings did not exceed your expectations. For future stays, please note that our rooms are designed to offer practicality and efficiency, with different views available such as street, courtyard, or church views to cater to your preferences. Regarding breakfast, we offer a variety of options in our buffet, including a healthy corner and an express option in the bar for those who prefer a quicker start to their day. Nonetheless, it is great to hear that our central location contributed positively to your stay, placing you right in the heart of Brussels with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions.
