Possible the worst hotel stay ever!

It is our priority to ensure that our guests feel supported and assisted at all times, and we regret that we fell short in providing you with the helpful service you deserved. Regarding the Wi-Fi connectivity, we understand how important internet access is for our guests, and we apologize for any inconvenience the connection issues may have caused. We continuously strive to maintain high-quality internet services for all our guests and your experience is certainly not reflective of our standards. We do offer Wifi for ALL, a very fast connection exclusively for our members (a free membership programm of Accor hotels). Did you encounter issues connecting to this one too? We also apologize for the discomfort you experienced with the pillows and the room temperature. While we do not have a varied pillow menu, we understand that sleep quality is fundamental, and we regret that we could not accommodate your request for additional pillows. Additionally, we empathize with the frustration you felt regarding the air conditioning settings. We aim to provide a comfortable environment for all our guests, and we are sorry that the temperature in your room was not conducive to a restful stay. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, and we are concerned to learn that you felt it was compromised. We have a strict policy regarding the 'do not disturb' sign and we deeply regret that this was not adhered to. We take this matter very seriously and will ensure that our procedures are reinforced to prevent any such occurrences in the future. Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are delighted that you found the bed in your room very comfortable, our aim is to provide a restful sleep experience with the Ibis Sweet Bed and duvet. However, and as mentioned in our contact per e-mail, we are concerned to hear about the incident that occurred during your stay and the way it was handled when you reported it. Security and guest safety are paramount to us, and we apologize that you felt otherwise in this instance. Furthermore, it is regrettable that the level of customer care did not meet your expectations. We take these matters seriously and will address them internally to ensure they do not happen again. Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are delighted that you found our staff excellent and friendly; the ibis team strives to provide a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. Additionally, we're pleased that you appreciated the cleanliness of our rooms, as our housekeeping team works diligently every day to ensure a spotless environment for your comfort. However, we understand that you found the rooms to be basic and on the smaller side, and that our breakfast offerings did not exceed your expectations. For future stays, please note that our rooms are designed to offer practicality and efficiency, with different views available such as street, courtyard, or church views to cater to your preferences. Regarding breakfast, we offer a variety of options in our buffet, including a healthy corner and an express option in the bar for those who prefer a quicker start to their day. Nonetheless, it is great to hear that our central location contributed positively to your stay, placing you right in the heart of Brussels with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions.
