I have stayed here a number of times now. The first time when looking from the outside I thought this doesn’t look anything special, but I was 100% wrong. The rooms are always very clean and warm and everything that I need is there. The food is not too bad at all and I quite enjoy it. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful, so I would recommend this place to anyone.

from arrival, checking in then drinks and food, comfy bed and good nights sleep. Nice breakfast to set me up for the day. The location is spot on. There's always parking availabe and it's free! One suggestion though The outside light fooled me into thinking it was late morning when it was 0500, is there anything you can do to dim/shade the light; this was the first stay that Ive noticed it though.

The price was reasonable but this is not really a hotel but a motel. You have to go outside to get to your rooms and I was given one on the carpark/road side, the passage outside passes right next to your window so limited privacy and it was very noisy with the A38 running just the other side of the hedge. It was also wet and windy when I stayed so appreciated this even less! All the staff were very pleasant and the room seemed to have been recently refurbished and was in good order. However, my Accor status was not recognised at check in and I was not offered a welcome drink - I discovered too late via the app next day that I could have had one.
