Had a lake view room with balcony and a twin room for kids. Both rooms were clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable with a selection of pillows and options to remove toppers. View from the balcony was lovely particularly during the great weather we had. The other room looked out over the main entrance and road, something to think about if you don’t get a lake view room. Hotel had a small gym that was basic but adequate. Breakfast was fine as an Accor Gold member. I’m not sure I’d pay full price. We had dinner in the restaurant where the food was lovely however, there were multiple issues with the service which the staff did their best to rectify. The hotel is situated a short walk, but up a steep hill from the town, something to think about if you have mobility issues.

Experience began with free upgrade for a fantastic room with absolutely killer views! Wife was quite ill and we could not leave to go eat downtown. No problem! Former dinner by room service was pretty quick on delivery time and very reasonable priced. Only caveat was limited air conditioning as room would only cool down below 76 degrees Fahrenheit in the wee hours of the morning making sleep a bit uncomfortable for even this Floridian. But the free custom pillow service, we ordered lavender scented, did somewhat ameliorate that situation. Valet/greeter, coffee barista and room cleaning staff were all very friendly and polite. And DIY laundry available within hotel at nominal cost. An absolute delight to stay at Saint Moritz!!!

Beautiful place. Huge space. Perfect location for anything Queenstown. It is walking distance to anything you want to do. The breakfast was great. The service was phenomenal. This was our last stay in New Zealand, it was amazing. There is parking in the Hotel, at additional charge.
