Hotel provided unique and considerate touches like open fire in lobby with hot water bottles and filtered water on tap. The view from the hotel restaurant/ bar was spectacular. Breakfast buffet was one of highest quality and selections we have encountered. Customer service was prompt, professional and friendly at bar, restaurant, front desk and room service.

Cosy lobby, check in staff great. Bar staff and room staff also great. Enjoyed no room service vouchers, great initiative. I would have stayed a week but more expensive than the Hilton and even after contacting booking, no further discount offered for 3 rooms.

Inconsistent service. Suite disappointing

Some really great service mixed with some really poor service. Booked a suite with lake view which had disappointing views through windows under a sloped roof which meant view could not be enjoyed. Bar service was also hit and miss. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Exceptional experience - staff were friendly and helpful, the suite was bigger than expected, best towels in any hotel around the world, beautiful toiletries, nespresso, etc. Couldn't faut it! Will definitely stay again when we return to Queenstown!
