Lovely staff & nice room. The hotel itself is nice, but could do with some upgrades for the money you pay (the tv couldn’t connect to Netflix or even normal channel tv, bed was large but very firm mattress etc). We had the lake view room, and the view was stunning ! Would definitely recommend hiring a car as the bus doesn’t stop near the hotel so you either need to walk up the steep hill, or walk down if you get the next stop.

Overall good, some confusion with the booking (assumption was made that the two additional people in the room were also going to partake in the buffet breakfast that I had selected when I booked online, but this request was never asked for)

LOVED staying at Mercure Queenstown. The staff were all super friendly, accomodating and helpful. Such a smooth transaction. Had the best nights sleep, the linen is beautiful quality and loved that there was a selection of pillows to chose from on the bed! Was the best waking up to that lake view!!!
