Beautiful resort, but it needs some maintenance, especially for the lift and the walkway to the rooms.

Location not really that convenient, parking isn't very convenient either. While the rooms are okay, the toilets are quite rundown. Entertainment options are basically nonexistent, compared to the Novotel which has streaming options.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mercure in Queenstown. The room was comfortable and well-heated, which made it especially cozy during the cold evenings. The only downside was that the bathroom felt a little dated. Additionally, the shower had a curtain but no proper barrier to contain the water, which resulted in water spilling onto the bathroom floor after each use. Despite this minor inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A nice stay, we have had numerous at the Mercure in Queenstown over the years. We were surprised and disappointed that a $15 Car Park charge has been introduced, with the location of the hotel this is unfair in my opinion. We will not stay again.
