this was a one night stay and I was very surprisd by the quality and the location of this mercure hotel I was upgraded to one of the lower terrce rooms which look directly out onto the harbour. The view from the window was SUPERB!! The outside Bar area had an equally great view. I had dinner in the restaurant and was equally impressed by the quality of food All this does come at a price and the hotel is not cheap but IMHO well worth the extra

We got the lake view room on the 4th floor, because we checked in late night, i didn’t appreciate the views at night because it was dark outside. In the morning the views were breathtaking, i wanted breakfast in the room but was voted down by the kids( they had picked out a different place that had donuts and milk shakes). I checked out as late as possible to take in the views. The room was clean and well appointed. My only regret is that we should have stayed at least a few more days in the hotel. Again best views possible.
