This hotel is old…lots of wear and tear. Carpets have patches and stains. Walls are stained and the bathroom is very old. The hotel is nice enough for but is in serious need of an upgrade inside the rooms and outside.

Stayed 5 days for skiing I found the staff friendly and efficient . Breakfast was good and the meals and bar snacks had enough variety to suit most people.

Great view but rooms need a freshen up

Lovely staff & nice room. The hotel itself is nice, but could do with some upgrades for the money you pay (the tv couldn’t connect to Netflix or even normal channel tv, bed was large but very firm mattress etc). We had the lake view room, and the view was stunning ! Would definitely recommend hiring a car as the bus doesn’t stop near the hotel so you either need to walk up the steep hill, or walk down if you get the next stop.

Overall good, some confusion with the booking (assumption was made that the two additional people in the room were also going to partake in the buffet breakfast that I had selected when I booked online, but this request was never asked for)
