The hotel was lovely and we really enjoyed relaxing in the lounge area overlooking the bay. We also had a beautiful view from our room. Our room was quite large and comfortable and we loved the balcony so we could sit outside and just take it all in

The reception did not let me check-in before 15:00 and when I came at 15:09 the lady said the room is not ready. I had to call the manager and somehow the room was then ready in 3 mins. It was not a very nice experience

All the services during my stay were perfect and I am satisfied. The long wait to enter the parking lot was a problem. The narrow roads and single-person operation were also issues, but I think this could easily be improved.
