The property itself is beautiful and has a lot of charm, but unfortunately the rooms are dated and in need of renovation. The service was very disappointing. The hotel was often unresponsive, and the reception desk was frequently unattended, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. The food served at the bar was also of very poor quality and was one of the most disappointing parts of our stay. Overall, while the property has great potential, the lack of service, outdated rooms, and poor food made for an underwhelming experience.
