Our experience was extraordinary. The view over San Sebastien of course steals the show. However, the design features of the expansive common lounge and bar area really set this place apart. Rooms weren't quite as grand but were very comfortable. Staff were lovely.

This is the worst Mercure I’ve ever stayed in my life and as a Platinum member I’ve stayed in many properties. Penny wise and pound foolish would describe the property the best. They don’t follow approved Accor guidelines, lie and misrepresent the promised level of service. And they can’t care less. I would not hire their front desk team for any hospitality position. They have no idea what guest experience means and are focused only on $$$. The property would be better off leaving any chain and being a standalone cash cow for guests who get accustomed to this level of service.
