Lovely room with terrific view of the bay and town, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful food in the dining room. All in all a delightful stay.

I ordered and paid a room with a view on the bay but got one with a sea view. Trash was not cleaned but left with smelling cigarette ash. Did not get a welcome drink (usually I get one as a member).

Lindo hotel e lugar.

Great views. Easy access via funicular with easy connection to city bus. Excellent breakfast and food. Comfortable rooms. All round good place to stay in San sebastian . Helpful staff and good value for money.

This is a very stylish hotel -- Beautiful bar/ reception area -- very comfortable . Our room was spacious , bed comfortable , modern bathroom. The view from the hotel / our balcony over the bay of San Sebastian was amazing particularly at night with all the twinkling lights . The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We took the funicular railway , situated at the back of the hotel, down the mountain to the beautiful bay . There is a sort of funfair at the back of the hotel so do not know what this area would be like at the height of summer as we were there mid October. All in all I would recommend this hotel and would definitely return should we be in San Sebastian again.

We loved your hotel, with one big reservation: we felt that it was little understaffed. Those that were on duty were excellent; friendly, helpful, and obviously hard working, but we felt they were a little over-worked - especially the poor chap at the bar one night who seemed to be charged with putting together, & delivering (!) the room service orders at the same time as running the bar on his own.

Really enjoyed the hotel - views were amazing, bar service and food very good. Beds very comfortable and rooms quiet. Did not realise that this hotel did not recognise the Accor Plus Gold card - no welcome drink or food discounts. The hotel is looking a little tired but it must have been amazing in its day. Access up to the hotel is a bit confusing as our GPS took us up the wrong road and we were told off by the toll lady! Ample parking at hotel when we were there as it was fairly quiet. Would love to return one day.

We vey much enjoyed our stay with you. The views from the hotel are some of the best I have ever seen. The reception and bar staff were very nice and helpful. Restaurant staff nice but not very forthcoming. The hotel is a little tired and outdated and could do with modernising. The bedrooms and bathrooms too could do with updating. Not perfectly clean. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

Generally good but could be better. Main foyer sitting area being cleaned at 9-11 am with noisy vacuum cleaners. Needed more toilet roll as cleaner hadn't replenished - asked at desk but wasn't actioned. Simple things which are easy

We could not think of and better! The view, the gorgeous and priceworthy food, the service, the stylish interior, the kind personell, the great drinks, the barmen, the big rooms and bed, we will come back to this as soon as possible.

The location & view are absolutely stunning. The lobby & dining area make you feel like you are in the clouds. Room was rather large and well maintained. Only little issue was that we have to park rather far from the hotel as the hotel parking was full

Even though the Hotel is well away from the centre/old town of San Sebastian, it is worth a try. The views are outstanding, the lounge area impressive, rooms very good with excellent bathroom. Breakfast especially superb, great choice and nice staff, easy to eat too much! Dinner very good too. I want to return during summer months to take advantage of the pool.
